Intake Manifold Components

Tighten the center screw on the belt tensioner 5 Nm
Tighten the screws on the exhaust camshaft timing gear pulley 10 Nm
Hold the eccentric secure and tighten the center screw. Tighten 25 Nm
The plug with a new sealing washer. Tighten 40 Nm
The pipe screw for the water heated crankcase ventilation at the rear of the cylinder head. Use new seal washers. Tighten 26 Nm
The pipe screw for the crankcase ventilation on the underside of the intake manifold. Use new seal washers. Tighten 26 Nm
The rest of the screws holding the intake manifold to the cylinder head.
Tighten 19 Nm
Manifold (cylinder head side) 25 Nm
Intake manifold 19 Nm
Spark plugs, Tighten 30 Nm
