Condition
If the steering wheel angle sensor (SAS) control unit registers that the signal from the steering wheel angle sensor is missing, diagnostic trouble code SAS-0024 is set.
Substitute value
- Stabilising function disconnected.
- Anti-spin function blocked.
Possible source
- The steering wheel angle sensor connector is not connected.
- Open circuit in the power supply to the steering wheel angle sensor.
- Open circuit in the signal wires.
- Internal fault in the steering wheel angle sensor control unit.

- Anti-spin warning lamp is on.
- Stabilising function not working.
- Anti-spin does not work.
