This diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is never stored on its own.
Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) ECM-903C will also be stored if the engine control module (ECM) registers, when the ignition is switched on, that diagnostic trouble code (DTC) ECM-9150 and/or ECM-9160 is stored (fault in the throttle position (TP) sensor for the throttle unit).
