The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) ECM-8010 is stored if the voltage from the system relay exceeds 16.5 V (high signal) under 9 V (low signal) or is less than 2.5 V (faulty signal) and that 3 minutes has passed since the engine was started and that the car has a speed.
