Condition
Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) CCM-001E is stored if the control module registers that the signal from the right temperature knob is in excess of 99% or less than 1% of supply voltage (approximately 5 V).
Substitute value
- The control module adopts a value corresponding to half of the maximum temperature control output.
Possible source
- Defective potentiometer
- Short-circuit to supply voltage or ground in the potentiometer.
Fault symptom[s]
- The passenger compartment temperature does not correspond to the set value.
