- If the steering wheel angle sensor (SAS) control unit registers that the ground connection to the control unit is missing, diagnostic trouble code SAS-0047 will be stored.

Substitute value
- Stabilising function disconnected.

Possible source
- Contact resistance or oxidation in the connector of the steering wheel angle sensor control unit or the steering wheel control unit (SWM).
- Open circuit in ground connection.
- Internal fault in control unit.
- Signal wire short circuited to voltage supply.

Fault symptom[s]
- Anti-spin warning lamp is on.
- Stabilising function not working.
