Condition
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the engine control module (ECM) switches off the supply to the damper motor in the throttle unit, causing the throttle to turn to the return position using the return spring in the throttle unit.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can be diagnosed when the engine is running.

Substitute value
- The engine torque is limited using fuel shut-off. The maximum permitted engine torque depends on the position of the accelerator pedal (AP) and the return position of the throttle unit.

- Other diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) are stored, caused by the throttle unit being deactivated.
