Checking lock-up solenoid SL
- Ignition on
- Gear selector in position P.
- Activate the lock-up solenoid SL.
The status should switch between OFF and ON.
If the status does not change, it indicates that there is an internal fault in the transmission control module (TCM).
Does the status change?
Yes - No Fault Found
No - Transmission control module (TCM) replacement and programming

The control module has registered an internal fault.
Caution! A new control module is delivered without software. The control module must be programmed in order to function after replacement.
