Checking component and wiring
Check cables between engine control module (ECM) #A38 (#A38) and turbocharger (TC) control valve #2 for an intermittent short-circuit to supply voltage according to Checking wiring and terminals. Intermittent faults Checking Wiring and Terminals. Intermittent Faults.
