Auto Up Operation does not Fully Close Power Window (Jam Protection Function is Activated): Procedure
- PERFORM INITIALIZATION (APPLICABLE LOCATION)
- Initialize the power window regulator motor assembly (applicable location). Refer to INITIALIZATION .
NEXT: Go to next step
- CHECK POWER WINDOW CONTROL SYSTEM (AUTO UP/DOWN FUNCTION (APPLICABLE LOCATION))
- Check that all door power windows move when the auto up/down function of the multiplex network master switch assembly and power window regulator switch assembly (for front passenger, rear LH and rear RH sides) is operated. Refer to OPERATION CHECK

Auto up/down function is normal (applicable location).
NG → See step 3
OK → END (PROBLEM DUE TO INITIALIZATION FAILURE)
- Check that all door power windows move when the auto up/down function of the multiplex network master switch assembly and power window regulator switch assembly (for front passenger, rear LH and rear RH sides) is operated. Refer to OPERATION CHECK

- CHECK WINDOW GLASS SLIDING MOVEMENT (APPLICABLE LOCATION)
- Remove the window regulator.
- Install the window glass onto the door glass run.
- Check if the door window regulator operates smoothly.
- Check that the window glass slides smoothly when sliding it up by hand.

Ensure the following:
- The window glass fits with the glass run without improper contact or deformation.
