- Check that battery positive voltage is 10 to 14 volts.
- Release the parking brake pedal.
- Check the warning lights and indicator lights. When the ignition switch is turned ON, check that the ABS warning light, BRAKE warning light, VSC warning light, TRAC OFF indicator light and SLIP indicator light turn on for approximately 3 seconds. See Fig 1.
- If the ECU stores DTC, ABS warning light, VSC warning light TRAC OFF indicator light and BRAKE warning light are ON.
- If the indicator check result is not normal, see SYSTEM TESTINGΒ .
