- Remove the floor shift indicator trim bezel. See Fig 1. Remove rear floor console box. See Fig 2.
- Remove front floor console box assembly. Remove shift cable by squeezing together the retaining tabs. See Fig 3. Remove floor shift assembly by removing the 4 bolts. See Fig 4.
- Remove the shift knob retaining screws and O/D main switch. Remove the upper position indicator housing and slide cover. Remove the grooved pin, wiring connector and remove the shift interlock ECU.
- To assemble, install the shift interlock ECU, wiring connector and the grooved pin. Install the slide cover and upper position indicator housing.
- Install the floor shift assembly and tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONSΒ . Install O/D main switch and shift knob assembly.
- Install the front and rear floor console boxes. Install the floor shift indicator trim bezel.
