2013 Suzuki SX4 Crossover, Automatic CVT TransSECTION Installation Procedure

- Install NEW fuel injector seals.
- Install the fuel injector.
- Install the fuel injector retainer clip.
- Install the fuel injector electrical connector.
- Engage the fuel injector electrical connector lock.
- Install the fuel rail with fuel injectors to the lower intake manifold.CAUTION:
Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
- Install the fuel rail bolts.
Tightening torqueΒ
Tighten the bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).Β
- Connect the fuel feed pipe quick connect fitting (3) to the fuel rail. Refer to METAL COLLAR QUICK CONNECT FITTING SERVICEΒ .
- Install the upper intake manifold. Refer to INSTALLATION PROCEDURE .
