Rotation Angle Sensor Inspection
- Confirm that ignition mode of keyless push start system is in "OFF".
- Disconnect "P/S control module (rotation angle sensor/torque sensor)" connector (1) from P/S control module.
- Check continuity between each terminal of "P/S control module (rotation angle sensor/torque sensor)" connector. If check result is not as specified, replace steering gear case.
Rotation angle sensor circuit resistance
Between "3" terminal and "4" terminal 34.6 Ω ± 3.5 Ω (at 20 °C (68 °F))
Between "5" terminal and "6" terminal 34.6 Ω ± 3.5 Ω (at 20 °C (68 °F))
Between "11" terminal and "12" terminal 17.8 Ω ± 1.8 Ω (at 20 °C (68 °F))

When to See a Mechanic
