1 Shift Control Knob.
Procedure 
Remove the shift control lever knob. Refer to TRANSMISSION CONTROL LEVER KNOB REPLACEMENT .
2 Shift Control Lever Boot
Tip:  Depress the retainer tabs on both sides of the shift control knob in order to release the shift control boot.
