  1. Remove the vent hose (814).
  2. Remove the transmission vent pipe (812).

  3. Install the body of the DT-48355 with the two long bolts (1) to the transaxle.
  4. Loosely install the arm and bolt (2) to the DT-48355 body.
    CAUTION: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  5. Install the arm with the provided shorter bolt (3) to the transaxle.

    Tightening torque 

    Tighten the DT-48355 to 25 N.m (18 lb ft) starting with bolt (3)  .

  6. Install the DT-48355 in the J 3289-20.
