Keyless Access Control Module: Removal
2022 Subaru Impreza Base, 4D Sedan, Automatic CVT TransSECTION Removal
- Disconnect the ground terminal from battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY
.NOTE:
For the hybrid model, disconnect the battery negative terminal.
- Remove the pocket assembly and the back panel - pocket. Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>GLOVE BOX>REMOVAL .
- Remove the keyless access control module.CAUTION:
Be careful to keep water and other foreign materials away from the keyless access control module terminals.
- Disconnect the connector.
- Release the claws using a flat tip screwdriver or similar tool wrapped with protection tape.
- Release the guides and pull out the keyless access control module.
