Model Without Keyless Access With Push Button Start
- Disconnect the ground terminal from the battery sensor, and wait for at least 60 seconds before starting work. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
- Remove the cover assembly - column.
- Remove the clip, and remove the cover assembly - visor LWR.
- Remove the screws by turning the steering wheel to right and left.
- Release the claws and remove the cover assembly - column LWR.NOTE:
Release the claws on RH side in the same procedure as on the LH side.Β
- Release the claws and remove the cover assembly - column UPR.
- Remove the immobilizer antenna assembly.
- Disconnect the connector.
- Release the claws using a flat tip screwdriver or similar tool wrapped with protection tape, and remove the immobilizer antenna assembly.
CAUTION:Do not apply excessive force to disengage the lock of immobilizer antenna assembly. Otherwise they may be broken because those parts are the products made of a plastic.Β
