Ignition Key Lock: Disassembly

- Remove the immobilizer antenna assembly. Ref. to SECURITY AND LOCKS>IMMOBILIZER ANTENNA>REMOVAL .
- Remove the key warning switch.
- Release the claws, and pull the key warning switch downwards to remove.
- Remove the key lock assembly.
- Insert the key into the key lock assembly, and turn the key to the ACC position.
- Release the lock by inserting a flat tip screwdriver from the steering lock frame hole (A).
- Pull the key lock assembly until the key lock assembly claws touch the steering lock frame stopper (B).
- Insert a flat tip screwdriver from the steering lock frame hole (C), and release the claws to pull out the key lock assembly.
- Release the claws and remove the ignition switch assembly.
