Water Pipe Assembly LH
- Connect the water pipe hose LH, and install the bolt to the water pipe assembly LH.
Tightening torque:
6.4 N.m (0.7 kgf-m, 4.7 ft-lb)
- Lower the engine unit to install the bolt to the water pipe assembly LH.
Tightening torque:
6.4 N.m (0.7 kgf-m, 4.7 ft-lb)
- Install the transmission mounting bracket LH, and install the bolts and nuts to the transmission mounting bracket LH.
Tightening torque:
T1: 45 N.m (4.6 kgf-m, 33.2 ft-lb)
T2: 75 N.m (7.6 kgf-m, 55.3 ft-lb)
- Install the bolts and nuts that connect the front mounting bracket and engine mounting bracket.
Tightening torque:
45 N.m (4.6 kgf-m, 33.2 ft-lb)
- Install the nuts to the transmission mounting bracket RH.
Tightening torque:
45 N.m (4.6 kgf-m, 33.2 ft-lb)
- Remove the lifting device and wire ropes.
- Remove the ST1 and ST2 from the engine unit.
ST1 18363AA050 BOLT
ST2 18360AA040 HANGER
- Connect the water pipe (C), heater outlet hose (B) and heater inlet hose (A).
- Install the universal joint. < Ref. to INSTALLATION , Universal Joint. >
- Lift up the vehicle.
- Install the front exhaust pipe. < Ref. to INSTALLATION , Front Exhaust Pipe. >
- Install the V-belt cover.
Tightening torque:
6.5 N.m (0.8 kgf-m, 4.8 ft-lb)
- Install the air intake boot. < Ref. to INSTALLATION , Air Intake Boot. >
- Install the air intake duct. < Ref. to INSTALLATION , Air Intake Duct. >
- Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. < Ref. to BATTERY , NOTE, Repair Contents. >
- Set the front hood to the normal position. < Ref. to FRONT HOOD DAMPER STAY , NOTE, Repair Contents. >
- Fill engine coolant. < Ref. to FILLING OF ENGINE COOLANT , REPLACEMENT, Engine Coolant. >
