- For left front wheel sensor, disconnect and move aside electrical distribution box located in left rear of engine compartment. Cut plastic cable tie on strut. Disconnect coolant level sensor connectors. Unfasten and set aside coolant expansion tank. See Fig 1 . Lift and support front of vehicle. Clean wheel sensor with a soft wire brush. Remove wheel sensor bolt. Remove wheel sensor. See Fig 3 . To install, reverse removal procedure.
- For right front wheel sensor, unfasten and set aside air filter housing. Unclip connector cable tie. Disconnect electrical connector and cut cable tie. Cut cable tie at air filter mounting. See Fig 2 . Lift and support front of vehicle. Clean wheel sensor with a soft wire brush. Remove wheel sensor bolt. Remove wheel sensor. See Fig 3 . To install, reverse removal procedure.
