Preliminary Procedures

  1. Remove the interior trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Front Door (Driver)  or Trim Panel Replacement - Side Front Door (Passenger) .
  2. Remove the water deflector. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Front Door (Coupe and Convertible)  or Water Deflector Replacement - Front Door (Sedan) .
  3. Remove the front door outer belt sealing strip. Refer to Sealing Strip Replacement - Front Door Window Belt Outer (Coupe and Convertible)  or Sealing Strip Replacement - Front Door Window Belt Outer (Sedan) .
  4. Remove the front door inner belt sealing strip. Refer to Sealing Strip Replacement - Front Door Window Belt Inner (Coupe and Convertible)  or Sealing Strip Replacement - Front Door Window Belt Inner (Sedan) .
  5. Remove the front door window. Refer to Window Replacement - Front Door (Coupe and Convertible)  or Window Replacement - Front Door (Sedan) .
1 Screw, Front Side Door Window Run Channel

Tighten:  2 N.m (18 lb in)

2 Bolt, Front Side Door Window Run Channel

Tighten:  10 N.m (89 lb in)

3 Run Channel, Front Door Window
Tip:  Pull the run channel from the window frame to remove.
