Ensure ignition switch is in OFF position. Connect scan tool to Data Link Connector (DLC). See Fig 1 . Turn ignition switch to ON position. Check for stored DTCs and record code(s). Refer to the DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE IDENTIFICATIONΒ  table.
