CARRY OUT the SCME self-test and retrieve any Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs). If any Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) are present, REFER to the DTC Chart: SCME . If no Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) are present, CHECK the affected seat cushion or backrest for correct installation of the climate controlled seat components (backrest or cushion blower motor, air duct and foam pad) and CHECK for airflow restrictions (backrest or cushion blower motor inlets and outlets, filters and ducts) and REPAIR as needed. RETEST the system for normal operation. |
