Repair Procedures: Adjustment
2015 Kia Forte EXSECTION Adjustment
- Place the shift lever in the interior, and the transmission manual control lever, to the N position.
- Connect the shift lever (B) in the interior with the shift cable (A).
- Lightly push the shift cable towards "F" to tighten the cable.
- Tighten the nut (A) to the specified torque.
Tightening Torque:
9.8 ~ 14.7 N.m (1.0 ~ 1.4 kgf.m, 7.2 ~ 10.8 lb-ft)
