Signal Circuit Inspection

- Check Voltage
- IG "OFF" and disconnect Fuel level sensor connector and PCM connector.
- IG "ON" & ENG "OFF"
- Measure voltage between terminal 29 of PCM harness connector and chassis ground.
- Specification: Approx. 11 ~ 12V
- Is the measured voltage within specification?
YES
- Go to "COMPONENT INSPECTION " procedure.
NO
- Repair short to ground or open in harness and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
