This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:
- The non-intrusive portion of the test is enabled under the following conditions:
- With the engine running.
- Odometer above 500 miles.
- O2 Sensor 1/2 voltage is below 1.2 volts.
- If the non-intrusive portion does not pass with a calibrated time period, the intrusive test will be initiated if the following enable conditions are met:
- Vehicle speed between 32 and 112.65 km/h (20 and 70 mph).
- Engine speed between 1025 - 2500 RPM.
- Calculated engine load between 30% - 80%.
