- Turn "OFF" the ignition switch.
- Connect GDS to Data Link Connector (DLC).
- Turn "ON" the ignition switch.
- Using a GDS, Clear DTC.
- Select "Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs)" mode again.
- Are any DTCs present?
YES
- Replace it with a new IMEB and check for proper operation. If problem is corrected, place the new IMEB and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
NO
- Fault can be intermittent, caused by faulty Controller. Or, Controller memory was not cleared after repair. Go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
NOTE:
* In a case of replacing IMEB, perform following functions
