  • Check voltage 
    1. Ignition "OFF" and disconnect OTS connector.
    2. Ignition "ON"
    3. Measure voltage between signal terminal of OTS harness connector and chassis ground.

      Specification:  Approx. 3.3V

    4. Is the measured voltage within specification?

      YES 

      NO 

      • Go to "Check open in harness  " procedure.
  • Check open in harness 
    1. Ignition "OFF" and disconnect OTS connector and ECM connector.
    2. Measure resistance between signal terminal of OTS harness connector and OTS signal terminal of ECM harness connector.

      Specification:  Below 1Ω

    3. Is the measured resistance within specification?

      YES 

      NO
