- Check short to ground in harness
- IG "OFF".
- Disconnect VPS connector and ECM connector.
- Measure resistance between VPS signal terminal of VPS harness connector and chassis ground. (Measurement "A")
- Measure resistance between VPS signal and VPS ground terminals of VPS harness connector. (Measurement "B")
