Side Obstacle Detection Control Module C (SODCMC): Removal

2021 Ford Transit-350 HD Base, Van Cargo Extended, 3.5L Eng VIN 8, AWDSECTION Removal

  1. On both sides. Remove the 2 screws.

    Torque

    : 15 lb.in (1.7 Nm)

  2. Remove the front bumper upper cover trim panel. Using a flat-blade screwdriver release the locking tabs Use the General Equipment: Flat Headed Screw Driver

  3. Remove the screws, release the retainers and position the SODCMC bracket aside.

    Torque

    : 27 lb.in (3 Nm)

    • Disconnect the electrical connector.

    • Release the tabs and remove the SODCMC.
