An individual multi-contour seat function is inoperative from the touchscreen control only-- seat control switch operates correctly FDIM Using a diagnostic scan tool, CARRY OUT self-test on the SCMG or SCMH. If any seat control switch related Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) are present, REFER to the DTC Chart: SCMG  or DTC Chart: SCMH . If no related Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) are present, DIAGNOSE the inoperative touchscreen. Refer to the appropriate Information and Entertainment Systems article for the procedure.
The multi-contour seat is inoperative/does not operate correctly -- driver Refer to the Pinpoint Test GO to Pinpoint Test F

VERIFY the easy entry/exit feature is enabled in the message center. REFER to the Owner's Literature for information on programming vehicle settings in the message center. If the easy entry/exit feature is enabled but still does not operate correctly, GO to Pinpoint Test J
