All climate controlled seats are inoperative	Fuse Wiring, terminals or connectors I-CAN communication fault HS-CAN communication fault MS-CAN communication fault DCSM FCIM APIM FDIM	VERIFY Battery Junction Box (BJB) fuse 69 (30A) is OK. If OK, CARRY OUT the network test using a scan tool and VERIFY network communication of the Front Controls Interface Module (FCIM) and DCSM . REFER to MODULE COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK to diagnose a module communication or network concern. If OK, CARRY OUT the DCSM self-test and RETRIEVE any DTCs. If any DTC is present, REFER to the DUAL CLIMATE CONTROLLED SEAT MODULE (DCSM) DTC CHART . VERIFY the touchscreen operation. If the touchscreen does not operate correctly, REFER to INFORMATION AND ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEMS - 8-INCH (203MM) TOUCHSCREEN or INFORMATION AND ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEMS - SONY 8-INCH TOUCHSCREEN to diagnose the inoperative touchscreen. If OK, INSTALL a new DCSM . REFER to DUAL CLIMATE CONTROLLED SEAT MODULE (DCSM) .
A single climate controlled seat is inoperative	Wiring, terminals or connectors APIM FDIM DCSM	NOTE: If a fault occurs setting a DTC specific to only one climate controlled seat, the DCSM disables only the affected seat outputs and allow the other seat to remain operational. CHECK for DTCs specific to the affected climate controlled seat and if a DTC is present, REFER to the DUAL CLIMATE CONTROLLED SEAT MODULE (DCSM) DTC CHART . GO to PINPOINT TEST L .
A single climate controlled seat does not operate correctly - poor or intermittent cooling/heating	Excessive sun load or extreme cabin temperatures Incorrectly installed Thermo-Electric Device (TED) or manifold Air flow blockage TED DCSM	CARRY OUT the DCSM self-test and retrieve any DTCs. If any DTC is present, REFER to the DUAL CLIMATE CONTROLLED SEAT MODULE (DCSM) DTC CHART . If no DTC is present, CHECK the affected seat cushion or backrest for correct installation of the climate controlled seat components (TED , manifold air duct and foam pad) and REPAIR as needed. If OK, CHECK for air flow restrictions (TED inlets and outlets, TED -to manifold connections, filters and ducts) and REPAIR as needed. CHECK the TED cooling performance on the affected seat and VERIFY the system is operating correctly. REFER to COMPONENT TEST - THERMO-ELECTRIC DEVICE (TED) COOLING PERFORMANCE .
A single climate controlled seat does not operate correctly - exhibits poor air flow or performance	Incorrectly installed Thermo-Electric Device (TED) or manifold Air flow blockage Disconnected air duct	CARRY OUT the DCSM self-test and retrieve any DTCs. If any DTC is present, CHECK the affected seat cushion or backrest for correct installation of the climate controlled seat components (TED , manifold air duct and foam pad) and REPAIR as needed. If OK, CHECK for air flow restrictions (TED inlets and outlets, TED-to-manifold connections, filters and ducts) and REPAIR as needed. RETEST the system for normal operation.
