Verify the customer's original concern. Check electrical connections for obvious damage, opens or shorts. Inspect terminals No. 2 (Tan/Orange wire), No. 7 (Light Blue/White wire) and No. 10 (Pink/Light Blue wire) on the data link connector for loose, bent, deformed, corroded or broken terminals. If terminal is damaged, service or replace terminal, verify communication with Rotunda New Generation Star Tester (007-00500) or equivalent.
