AFL-2 Short To Ground Check

1991 Ford Probe GL, StandardSECTION AFL-2 Short To Ground Check

Ensure ignition is off. Disconnect ABS control unit. With ohmmeter set to 200-k/ohm scale, measure resistance between ABS control unit White wire and ground. Resistance should be 10 k/ohms. If not, repair short to ground White and/or Red wire(s) from speed sensor to ABS control unit. If resistance is correct, go to AFL-3 RESISTANCE AT ABS CONTROL UNITΒ  .
