2024 Dodge and Ram 1500 TRXSECTION Diagnostic Test

CHECK FOR AN ACTIVE DTC 

NOTE:

This DTC will set if the Body Control Module (BCM) is not configured for Driver Assistance System Module (DASM).

  1. Turn the ignition on.
  2. With the scan tool, read DTCs in all Electronic Control Units (ECUs) and record on the repair order.
  3. Record any Freeze Frame or Environmental Data related to the DTCs.

    Is the DTC active?

    Yes 

    • With the scan tool, perform a vehicle configuration routine.
    • Verify that the DASM alignment is correct. Perform the DASM Alignment procedure.
    • Perform the DRIVER ASSISTANCE SYSTEM MODULE (DASM) VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to DRIVER ASSISTANCE SYSTEM MODULE DASM VERIFICATION TEST .
