This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:
- Controller voltage between 9.0 and 16.0 volts.
- Ignition is not in start mode and for 2 seconds after start mode.
- 5 seconds from controller power up.
- Adjustable Pedals Motor is in active operation.
