Diagnostic Test

2023 Dodge and Ram Durango R/T Plus, AWDSECTION Diagnostic Test

CHECK FOR AN ACTIVE CONDITION 

  1. Cycle the ignition off and back on.
  2. Test drive the vehicle and operate the Set (+), Set (-), Resume and Cancel functions of the speed control system.
    NOTE:

    The scan tool will display the fault as active only when a Speed Control Switch is pressed.

  3. With the scan tool, read DTCs and record on the repair order.

    Does the scan tool display this DTC as active or pending?

    Yes 

    WARNING:

    Turn the ignition off disconnect the 12-volt battery and wait two minutes before proceeding. Failure to follow these instructions may result in possible serious or fatal injury.

When to See a Mechanic
