Test 10E Pump/Motor Circuit

1993 Chrysler LeBaron LandauSECTION Test 10E Pump/Motor Circuit
NOTE: For connector terminal identification, refer to CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATIONΒ  . For wiring diagrams, refer to WIRING DIAGRAMSΒ  .
  1. Using DRB-II, stop MOTOR PUMP actuation. Turn ignition off. Remove pump/motor relay. See Figure or Figure . Using external ohmmeter, check resistance between pump/motor relay terminals No. 30 and 87. See Fig 1 . If resistance is less than 5 ohms, replace pump/motor relay. Perform VER-1AΒ  . If resistance is more than 5 ohms, go to next step.
  2. Turn ignition on. Put DRB-II in voltmeter mode. Using DRB-II, check voltage on Brown/White wire at pump/motor relay connector. If voltage is present, repair short to power in Brown/White wire. Perform VER-1AΒ  . If voltage does not exist, replace the CAB and perform VER-1AΒ  .
