  1. GM4122648

    Lower Radiator Frame (6) - Install

  2. Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor(5) - Install
  3. Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor Retainer(4) - Install
  4. Radiator Outlet Hose Connector(3) - Install - Radiator Outlet Hose Connector Replacement - Radiator Side (LUV, LE2) 
  5. Air Conditioning Condenser Seal(2)[2x] - Install
  6. Radiator Upper Insulator(1)[2x] - Install

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Radiator(3) - Install

  8. Engine Coolant Fan Shroud(2) - Install
  9. Radiator Bolt(1)[2x] - Install and tighten6 N.m (53 lb in)

    Radiator Assembly(1) - Install

  11. GM4124108

    Radiator Upper Bracket(2) - Install - Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement (2H0) Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement (LUV) Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement (LE2)  [2x]

  12. Connect the engine coolant fan connector.
  13. Connect the engine coolant temperature sensor electrical connector.

  22. Fill and inspect the transmission fluid level. Transmission Fluid Level and Condition Check
  23. Recharge the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-134a)
  24. Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling 
  25. Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
  26. Inspect for refrigerant leaks.
  27. Inspect for transmission fluid leaks.
