2006 Chevrolet Suburban K2500, 6.0 USECTION Disassembly Procedure

  1. Drain the oil from the reservoir (1).
  2. Remove the connector and fitting assembly (2).
  3. Remove the control valve assembly (4) from the pump housing (1). Make sure the flow control spring (5) does not fall out of the pump housing (1).
  4. Remove and discard the O-ring seal (3) from the connector and fitting assembly (2).
