2006 Chevrolet Cobalt SS, 4D Sedan, StandardSECTION Installation Procedure
IMPORTANT: The column shaft splines must be free of dirt and debris.
  1. Clean the column shaft splines
  2. Use the supplied grease to apply 2 grams (0.07 oz) of grease to the column shaft splines.
  3. Fig 1: View Of Upper Jacket

  4. Install the new jacket on the steering column.
