- Turn the ignition ON.
- Turn the wiper switch to DELAY.
- Turn the ignition OFF when the wiper arms are paused at the bottom of the wipe pattern.
- Remove the wiper arm nut cover (1).
- Remove the wiper arm nut (2).
- Using J 39637 , remove the wiper arm from the wiper pivot shaft. See Special Tools .
