Installation Procedure
2006 Chevrolet Chevy Express G2500, Van Cargo Extended, 5.3 T, 4L60E/M30SECTION Installation Procedure
- Position the instrument cluster (1) to the vehicle.
- Install the screws (2) that retain the instrument cluster to the instrument panel carrier.
Tighten: Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).
- Install the instrument panel cluster trim plate. Refer to Trim Plate Bezel Replacement - Instrument Panel (I/P) Cluster .
- Tilt the steering column to the up position, if equipped with tilt steering.
- Connect the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnect/Connect Procedure in Engine Electrical.
