2001 Chevrolet Cavalier LS, 2.4 TSECTION Activating System

  1. Ensure ignition is off and key is removed. Connect passenger-side air bag module connector and install Connector Position Assurance (CPA) clip. See Figure. Install instrument panel trim pad. See INSTRUMENT PANEL TRIM PADΒ .
  2. Connect driver-side air bag module connector. See Figure. Install CPA clip. Install AIR BAG fuse in instrument panel fuse block. Install access panel on end of driver-side instrument panel. Check air bag system for proper operation. See SYSTEM OPERATION CHECKΒ .
