Transmitter Programming

2000 Chevrolet Chevy Express G2500, Van Passenger, 6.5 FSECTION Transmitter Programming
  1. Ground terminal No. 4 (Black wire) to terminal No. 8 (Black/White wire) of Data Link Connector (DLC). Press LOCK and UNLOCK buttons simultaneously on first transmitter to be programmed until locks cycle, about 10 seconds. Receiver will respond by locking/unlocking all doors.
  2. Press any button on next transmitter to be programmed. Receiver will again respond by locking/unlocking all doors.
  3. Repeat step Β 2 for each additional transmitter, up to 4. Remove ground jumper from DLC terminals No. 4 and 8. Transmitter operation can be verified by locking and unlocking doors.
