Preliminary Procedures

  1. Remove the windshield washer solvent container fill tube. Refer to Windshield Washer Solvent Container Filler Tube ReplacementΒ .
  2. Remove the front LH wheelhouse liner. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Front Liner Replacement .
  3. Disconnect the windshield washer pump and level sensor electrical connectors.
  4. Disconnect the electrical harness from the washer container.
  5. Disconnect the windshield washer pump hose from the pump and the washer container.

2 Windshield Washer Solvent Container Assembly

Procedure

  1. Lift the windshield washer container off the three studs securing the container to the vehicle.
  2. Drain the windshield washer solvent from the container into a suitable clean drain pan.
  3. Transfer parts as needed.
