Door Replacement - Side Front

Callout Component Name
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
Fastener Tightening Specifications:Β  Refer to Fastener Tightening SpecificationsΒ .
1 Bolt, Front Side Door Check Link (Qty: 2)

Tighten:Β  25 N.m (18 lb ft)

2 Bolt, Front Side Door Upper Hinge (Qty: 2)
Tip:Β 
  • Support the door before removing the hinge bolts.
  • Disconnect the door electrical connector.

Tighten:Β  33 N.m (24 lb ft)

3 Bolt, Front Side Door Lower Hinge (Qty: 2)

Tighten:Β  33 N.m (24 lb ft)

4 Door Assembly, Front Side
Tip:Β  When replacing the door it is necessary to transfer all of the internal components.
