11 00 Mounting engine on assembly stand (N63)
Special tools required:
Remove engine using special tool 11 0 020 and suitable lifting gear and mount on special tool 11 8 930 . Engine weighs approx. 280 kg.
Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove ENGINE .
- Clean contact surfaces.
Use special tool 11 8 931 to mount special tool 11 8 932 .
Insert screws (1 and 2).
Tightening torque: 11 11 9 to 10AZ .
Use special tool 11 8 931 to mount engine on special tool 00 2 300 .
Tightening torque: 11 11 11AZ .
