2001 BMW Z8SECTION 61 31 018 Removing and installing/replacing cruise control switch

Remove upper section of steering column trim. Refer to STEERING COLUMN TRIM (UPPER SECTION) .

NOTE: For purposes of clarity, illustration does not show dust guard cover.

Disconnect plug connection (1).

Unlock cruise control switch (2) and remove in direction of arrow.

Installation:Β 

Allow cruise control switch (2) to snap audibly into place.
